Catherine Eyton-Jones |Senior HR & Payroll Manager

Even though Catherine only recently joined the Enferm Medical team she has already made a huge impact. Not only in the way we work with HR and Payroll but also around the office too. Her experience brings a lot to the table and we are extremely happy to welcome her into the Enferm family.

In order for everyone to get to know our new Senior HR & Payroll manager a bit better, we thought it would be quite fun to ask her some questions.

Key Questions we asked Catherine

What has been the highlight of your career so far at Enferm Medical?

It’s still early days but without a doubt, the highlight so far has to be working with such a great team. There’s a real buzz in the office and it’s clear to see that every single person here is passionate about what they do. Even in the short space of time since I started we’ve hired some fantastic new starters and it’s been exciting to see the team grow so much already!

What are your ambitions personally?

Joining Enferm has given me a great opportunity to develop further within a field that I love and to get involved with all aspects of HR. My ambitions are to continue learning and growing in my role and head up HR to support Enferm in becoming the market leader!

About Catherine

As we mentioned earlier, Catherine has not been with us for that long, however, she has fit right into the Enferm culture and is already one of the team.

Catherine loves spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling and being outdoors (especially going camping).

Here are a couple more questions we asked Catherine.

Favourite place to travel?

I’ve been really lucky to have visited some amazing places, it’s hard to choose but I’d probably say Australia. I spent 6 weeks travelling the East Coast in a tiny campervan – not the most glamorous (we didn’t even have air con!) but I loved the Australian way of life, the endless beaches, huge open spaces and of course the wildlife. I’d love to go back and explore the rest of the country one day.

Favourite food/drink?

I’m a pretty terrible cook so I’m not particularly fussy, I’ll eat most things but a homemade lasagne or my Mum’s pasta bake would have to be up there!

Also, congratulations to Catherine who has recently just got engaged!! This is great news and we are extremely happy for her.
